It's that time again, Linda Ledbetter is hosting Challenge 14, Colored Crackle from page 53 of Tim Holtz' book A Compendium of Curiosities 3.
Also Linda Coughlin owner of The Funkie Junkie Boutique is the sponsor of this challenge and is offering a $25 shopping spree to one lucky winner.
Here's my project for the challenge with lots of colored crackle going on with the five dragonflies.

Each dragonfly is giving a small fairy a ride on its wings.
They are buzzing over the fairy house.
A very young fairy waits in the window flower box for a ride.
A color crackled tree holds the title for the post.
Thanks for stopping by - Judy.
What a sweet, whimsical piece! I love your tiny fairies and your colored crackle adds to your fairyland. Thanks for sharing this on CC3C!
ReplyDeleteOH MY!!! What a treasure! This must have taken forever! LOVE the fantasy of it, and all the flying critters!
ReplyDeleteJudy.....this is just magical! I totally love ALL of it! I love those G45 papers and still have some hoarded. :) Your little ornamental looking tree to the side of your fairy house is such an airy, wonderful touch. The crackled dragonflies looming over the top are amazing! I especially love the little fairies riding on each one. What a great piece! Thanks for sharing with all of us at CC3C. <3 Candy
