We are in our fourth day of the On-line card class. Today's topic is Day 4: One Step Further. I love the idea of layering stencils, but I didn't have a gelli plate to work with as they did in the project. No worries, I still wanted to make something similar with Distress Paints, stencils and layering. Here's my stand-up card.
This technique took lots of drying in between layers. I did use the heat tool on some layers.
Supplies:
Tim Holtz stencils: RAYS, CLOCKWORK, and STRIPES
Distress Paints; broken china, antique linen, and mowed lawn
Stamps: Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous - Mixed Media; Hampton Art - Always in m heart
Distress Ink: broken china
Vellum paper
Ranger Embossing Tinsel - Bridal
