A card that I really enjoyed making was made using Adirondack alcohol inks, embossing folder, foil sheet, gears die, and Tim Holtz Mini Gears. It was my first time to use alcohol inks so it was a lot of fun.
I sent the card to a friend with a personal note saying, "You better keep your gears moving or you might get old." Thanks for stopping by - Judy

Judy...great first attempt at the alcohol inks. They are so much fun to use because they can totally alter the appearance of something (that is non porous) in seconds! Your card is nicely done. I really like the gritty metal background. The cogs and gears are a nice addition and give this a steampunk feeling. Cute sentiment that you included, too. Thanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy
