April Quilting Projects

I've been working on a birthday quilt for my grandson. His birthday isn't until September but I wanted to finish the quilt and enter it in our local Art Hop here in Murray.

The panel is by Robert Kaufman, "Starry Night".

I added the yellow border then pieced Snail Trail blocks to surround the panel and border. Time was short, so I quilted it myself using free motion on the panel.

My 12 inch quilt project for May is now complete. This one features a flower pot and lots of colorful spring flowers and a butterfly.

I stayed up late last night and finished quilting and adding the binding.

Thanks for stopping by to see my April projects - Judy.
