After buying this panel, layer cake, and some yardage over three years ago, I finally decided to get something made.
Initially, I bought some yardage, layer cakes and border fabric of "Feather Your Nest" by Nancy Mink for Wilmington Fabrics and planned a large quilt.
Later, I saw the panel and knew it would be great to add it to my collection of this line. Sadly, the project got put on the back burner and not touched for at least 3-4 years.
Finally, something sparked, and the projects are complete, and I am so happy I didn't make a big quilt but instead made several smaller projects.
A throw!

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteWow....that's a lot of quilty "stuff". I really like the small
quilt and pillows. Have a great day!
Beautiful projects Judy. I see a bare night stand by the bed, perhaps you can make a small runner for it?
ReplyDeleteGreat idea Vicki! I think I could make a small runner for it.
DeleteCreative use of your fabric collection!!! Love the chickadees!!
ReplyDeleteYou sure got a lot out of that fabric - great looking quilt and bed runner!
ReplyDeleteChickadees and lovely flowers. Are then apple blossoms? The colors are beautiful. Lot's of pretty items. I think a bedside table runner like Vicki suggested is a splendid idea!
ReplyDeleteHi Judy, thanks for stopping by and leaving a message. The flowers in the quilt are dogwood blooms. Happy Easter.
DeleteI love the material you used. It's beautiful
ReplyDeleteHow fun!! now you have pops of it all over the house!!!
ReplyDeleteI like that idea!
Judy - it's never too late for a project! I like the pillows the best. I really could use more pillows, especially some with POW, in my house! Thanks for the third link-up to Mosaic Monday!
