Valentine's Day Table Runner

I finished another table runner for Valentine's Day. This is my second log cabin to complete.

I just love the color combo of the Moda fabric.  Who would have thought of red, white, and aqua for Valentine's Day but I love it. But aqua is my favorite color!

This was a pre-cut kit. I quilted it on my sewing machine using stitch in the ditch and clear thread.

Not Your Typical Log Cabin

I have been working on a log cabin table runner and placemats the past few days. The pattern uses a jelly roll. Wish I would have used a different jelly roll; there seems to be too much saturation of color and not enough contrast. Take a look:
