Never Ending Card

Just as love is never ending, I have created a Never Ending Card to share with you that I made for my daughter and SIL on their 10th Anniversary. The Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge is Read All About It and my card is all about reading, text, and stamping plus lots of opening and turning. Although making the Never Ending Card card has been around a while, I thought it was appropriate for the challenge.

I love this paper that I had in my stash that was just waiting to be used. The paper is such a rich looking paper with great images, words and is such a warm golden color. I did ink all of the paper edges to add a vintage look but the paper already had its own vintage appeal. I cut the letters on my Cricut and added a vintage sticker that says Unlock Happiness.

The card opens and you can begin to see the inside.

I inked the resist paper so the gears pop. You can see reading, stamping and inking here too. I used a shade of purple to represent the color of purple grapes because the paper background has grapes and wine.
 Time to open again.
More reading, text, stamping and inking. Some of the paper is printed background paper.

 Another layer to read.
 One more to open.
Wa la, you are back to the beginning of the Never Ending Card.

This was a fun card to create and did take a little extra time. I didn't take pictures of putting it together so I am giving you a link to a video on You Tube if you would like to make The Never Ending Card. Thanks for stopping by - Judy.

  1. Hi Judy! This is a really cool idea. I'd not seen it before. So, thanks for sharing it! I like your choice of papers and all of the stamping you've done throughout the card. It's perfect for this week's theme! Thanks for sharing with us at Simon Says Stamp and Show and good luck with the Stamptember Blog Hop! <3 Candy
